Accreditation and Quality Improvement
The team will assist you with mock surveys, patient feedback, data logging of vaccine fridges and anything else required for accreditation of the practice. We will resource the practice with updated materials from a range of reputable sources, provide training of staff in Triage and Infection Control and Cold Chain Management.
The Division runs a bi-monthly Practice Managers' Network for information sharing and networking with other practices in the Division. All senior receptionists and practice managers are encouraged to come along and meet their peers for a relaxed and informative meeting.

Legislation is coming Part 1
In January 2012, new Work Health and Safety Legislation will be introduced in NSW. WorkCover has developed two workshops that will look at specific details of the new Work Health and Safety Legislation and what this will mean for NSW businesses and individuals. Part 1 will cover health and safety duties and how to notify incidents. This workshop will include scenarios and how the Act will work in practice.
